In the next decade the 65+ population will explode, increasing by 25 percent with no end in sight. Fahrney Keedy intends to build and expand facilities to meet this surge in demand with a planned completion in 2018. Your gift to Fahrney Keedy is important and matters more than you think!

Adult Day Services Center

Building, equipping and staffing an Adult Day Services Center will allow care recipients to stay in their own community while the caregiver goes to work. It will also provide needed social interaction and greater structure to the care participant’s daily activities.

Memory Support Center

Our current thirty year old Memory Care Center is in need of renovation and expansion and when complete, will provide consistent state-of-the-art care for those needing memory support services while affording security and privacy in a comfortable, homelike environment. In 2011, the first “Baby Boomers” began to turn 65 and will become the largest aging population in our history. Demand for memory care and adult day services, already increasing in Washington and Frederick counties, will suddenly soar.
